Join Facebook Developers across London to learn how to scale your Facebook apps.
This month we're looking at the aspects of application scaling:
- thousands of users (Karl Bunyan with an app of 150,000)
- legal implications (Vanessa Barnett from BLP Law)
- hosting options (Tom Gallagher highlights Joyent while Stewart Townsend shows off Sun)
and of course we'll have:
- an application show case (Jof Arnold shows off Blog Friends version 1.0)
- a tech forum you can bring any question to (hosted by Geoff Hughes)
- the usual great networking opportunities.
New this month will be:
- a beginner stream (in a separate room) showing how to develop your first application using CodeIgniter (detailed technical)
- a speed business poking (don't ask) and
- top ten apps run down.
